2-room apartment, with wooden beams on the ceiling and independent entrance. It is on the ground floor, composed of a living-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and single sofa bed, a double bedroom overlooking the swimming pool and a bathroom with shower/bidet/WC.

The furnishings are very comfortable, with antique furniture and the large high bed typical of the Tuscan tradition. Gas central heating and air conditioning. The apartment has a small table with chairs in the front and a large table with chairs in the rear garden from which you have direct access and overlooks the pool. The apartment is adjacent to the reception and detached from the main building.
